1.1. “MediEdge” refers to our company, MediEdge Pty Ltd, including its employees, subcontractors, owned businesses and affiliates.
1.2. “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing our website, using our services or purchasing our products.
1.3. “Services” and “products” include but are not limited to telehealth consultations, subcontracting of doctors for events and sports teams, educational offerings and physical product offerings.

2. Use of Website

2.1. You must use our website for lawful purposes only.
2.2. Unauthorised use, including hacking, data mining, or transmitting malicious code, is prohibited.
2.3. Content on this website should not be the sole definer of any decisions you make and is subject to change without notice.

3. Telehealth Services

3.1. MediEdge provides telehealth services facilitated by qualified healthcare professionals. However, telehealth is not a substitute for emergency medical or in-person medical care.
3.2. Users are responsible for ensuring they provide accurate and complete information during consultations. MediEdge is not liable for outcomes arising from misinformation or the shortfalls of not having a physical examination by a medical professional.
3.3. Telehealth consultations may involve risks, including data breaches despite our best efforts to secure your information. By using MediEdge’s services you are acknowledging such risk and that MediEdge will not be held accountable for any such breaches of data. 

4. Subcontracting Services

4.1. MediEdge facilitates subcontracting of doctors for events and sports teams. However, MediEdge does not assume liability for the conduct, performance, or advice provided by subcontracted professionals.
4.2. Contracts and agreements with subcontracted professionals are subject to separate terms negotiated directly between the parties.

5. Educational Services

5.1. Educational courses are provided as general information and training. They do not substitute formal medical qualifications or professional certifications unless explicitly stated.
5.2. MediEdge is not responsible for any misapplication of information provided during the courses.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. MediEdge is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, except as required by law.
6.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, are excluded.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of MediEdge or its licensors and is protected under copyright law. The MediEdge logo and name are registered trademarks owned by MediEdge Pty Ltd.

9.3. Any disputes related to fees must be raised within 14 days of the transaction.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation before proceeding to arbitration or litigation.
10.2. The laws of Australia govern these terms. Any legal action against MediEdge must be filed within 7 days.

11. Modification of Terms

11.1. MediEdge reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
